Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable to Consumers who use the Posh Service, and the rights and obligations contained in it are in addition to and are incorporated into the Posh Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). We may refer to you as “Consumer” or “you” in this Refund Policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy will be interpreted to limit, change, or waive any terms of the Terms of Service. However, if there is any inconsistency between the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy, this Refund Policy will control solely with respect to such conflict. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Refund Policy have the definition provided in the Terms of Service.

  1. Fees are Non-Refundable. Unless otherwise set forth in this Refund Policy, or required by applicable law, all Fees charged to Consumers by Posh are non-refundable. Consumers may purchase tickets, registrations, and other items (the “Purchases”) from Event Organizers via the Posh Service, and Posh charges Fees associated with such Purchase (such as processing fees and flat fees). Subject to Section 2 below, if you make a Purchase from Event Organizer and receive a refund for such Purchase, you will not be refunded for the Fees associated with such Purchase.
  2. When Fees are Refundable. Consumers are eligible for a Refund of Fees associated with their Purchase if: (a) Consumer made a Purchase of a ticket for an event that was subsequently canceled; or (b) if Consumer made a Purchase of a ticket for an event that was postponed for more than six (6) months. The foregoing does not apply if the cancellations or postponements are due to a cause beyond the reasonable control of Event Organizer, including a natural disaster, civil disturbance, or otherwise unforeseeable impediment.
