As a Posh Partner, you’ll represent Posh in your local market, create meaningful experiences, and build a thriving Posh Organizer Community.

Posh Partners are trusted local leaders who know how to build, nurture, and activate community through exceptional in-person experiences. Whether you're a seasoned event organizer, a cultural curator, or a passionate connector, Posh is seeking to collaborate with you if you have the [skills] to turn your city into a vibrant hub for connection and creativity.
Posh Partners are dynamic, community-oriented individuals who lead and manage localized event programming in key markers. You will foster meaningful relationships within your region, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community-led experiences.
This program isn’t just about hosting events—it’s about becoming a steward of culture, a catalyst for connection, and a leader within a growing national network of top-tier organizers. Together, we’re not just growing markets—we’re elevating the entire ecosystem.
What Does Posh Expect from Posh Partners?
- A minimum of 1 event per quarter.
- Up to 3 events per quarter, capped at 1 event per month.
- 1 Conclave event per quarter.
- Flexibility to mix and match non-Conclave event types across the remaining months of a quarter.
We are seeking dynamic individuals in key markets who can execute one event per month and serve as leaders in their local event space.

Posh Partners must host at least one event per month (or two per quarter) to maintain their active Partner status.
Is there a cost to join the Posh Partner Program?
