Sponsorship Pitch Deck Template: Win Over Dream Partners
How to Use the Brand Sponsorship Deck
This deck template helps you present a focused, compelling story about your event and community, making it easy for brands to recognize the opportunity and alignment.
What’s in This Deck—and Why It Matters
Each slide is crafted to guide the brand through a journey—from who you are, to what you’re creating, to why it matters for them.
Slide 1: Cover Slide
Why it matters: Your first impression sets the tone for the partnership conversation.
What to include: Your event name, brand logo, and a visual or tagline that captures the spirit of your experience.
Slide 2: About Your Organization
Why it matters: This builds brand trust and credibility. You’re showing that your team is organized, experienced, and mission-driven.
What to include: Share your mission, core values, and some numbers—tickets sold in 2024, average ticket price, attendee bar spend, etc. This combination of narrative and data positions you as a serious operator.
Where to get the data: Use your Posh Dashboard to view ticket sales, average ticket price, and learn about your attendee demographics.
Slide 3: About Your Audience & Reach
Why it matters: Brands want to know exactly who they’re speaking to. Your numbers show how far their sponsorship could go.
What to include: Share your attendee breakdown by gender, age, and geography. Highlight what makes your community unique. Instagram/TikTok followers, engagement rates, email open rates, SMS subscriber counts, and average reach on content.
Where to get the data: Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and your Posh attendee data will show breakdowns by city, engagement, and gender. Head to the Posh Dashboard > Marketing tab to access data on SMS reach for further insights.
Slide 4: About Your Event
Why it matters: This gives sponsors context. It shows what kind of experience their brand would be aligned with.
What to include: Share the event theme, purpose, location, timing, and expected capacity. Tie it to a mission if relevant (e.g., cultural celebration, community gathering).
Slide 5: About Your Community
Why it matters: This shows who’s coming to this event and why it matters.
What to include: Any high-profile guests, influencers, creators, or industry figures. Also describe your target audience—aspirational, stylish, community-driven, etc.
Pro tip: Add projected reach based on guest amplification or reposting.
Slide 6: Venue Snapshot
Why it matters: Brands need to understand the physical footprint.
What to include: Venue location, layout, capacity, VIP sections, and whether you've hosted there before. Visuals always help, so be sure to include photos.
Pro tip: If you’ve had a great relationship with the venue before, mention it.
Slide 7: On-Site Experiences
Why it matters: Immersive experiences matter to brands. This shows them what they can be part of.
What to include: List activations like performances, live art, marketplace vendors, wellness moments, etc.
Pro tip: Use this slide to show off your event’s creative vision. Brands want experiences that stand out, so emphasize the immersive or unexpected elements you’re planning—whether that’s live tattoo artists, ambient lighting installations, or culinary pairings. Highlight the attendee journey and how it can emotionally connect back to the sponsor’s values.
Slide 8: Brand Feature Opportunities
Why it matters: Highlights where and how the brand will be featured throughout the event—from digital channels to on-site visibility—so they can clearly see the return on their sponsorship.
What to include: VIP lounge presence, step-and-repeat logos, co-branded emails and socials, on-stage shoutouts, sampling opportunities, and branded activations.
Pro tip: Customize the feature placements to align with the sponsor’s industry. For example, a fashion brand might prioritize visibility near the photo areas or VIP lounge, while a beverage brand might benefit from bar area placements or custom sampling booths. Thinking through where their presence will have the most authentic and high-impact touch points helps you speak directly to their goals.
Slide 9: Previous Partners
Why it matters: Social proof builds trust. This shows you’ve done this before.
What to include: Highlight 2-3 previous partners, what you delivered, and the results (reach, engagement, earned media, etc.).
Pro tip: Add a testimonial quote or press coverage if available.
Slide 10: The Ask: Sponsorship Tiers
Why it matters: This is the moment of clarity. Sponsorship tiers are your way to clearly communicate the value of partnering with your event. They create structure around different levels of brand involvement, and show that your event is professionally run and strategically built for brand collaboration.
What to include: Offer 2–3 tiered options (e.g., Bronze/Silver/Gold) or a clear custom ask. Outline deliverables at each level, for example:
Gold Tier

- Attendee & Total Bar Spend Data

Pro tip: Anticipate FAQs: timelines, audience match, expected exposure.
